The Asian Celebration Proudly Announces
the Publication and Release of Its
First Community Cookbook
Reflections of 25 Years: The Asian Celebration’s Community Cookbook, compiled and edited by Marvy Schuman, cooking demonstration chair and cooking instructor.
This book contains 185 recipes from the various Asian community members that are family favorites. Most recipes are good for beginner to intermediate cooks. Recipes are from Japan, Hawaii, Korea, Philippines, Thailand, India, etc. Ms. Schuman offers an email address for any clarification questions for a recipe, should the need arise.
Asian cuisine can be easily prepared at home. Inexpensive, delicious and nutritious, eating the Asian way may help overcome problems with obesity, since very few Asians are afflicted with this problem plaguing America.
